We accept most credit and debit cards and PayPal. You can also request that we invoice either you or your employer for payment. For live courses we would normally require the invoice to be paid before the course commences. Invoices can be paid over the phone or by a BACS payment.

All of our course attendees receive a personalised attendance certificate upon completion of the course.

Most of our courses do not have specific prerequisites but are aimed at mental health professions or students in training.

Most of our courses are aimed at professionals in the field. However, we occasionally create a course for a wider audience, such as our self-paced online course for parents of sensitive teens.

All delegates will receive a copy of the training slides and any accompanying handouts before the course. Alink to the video recording and a CPD Certificate are sent by email after the training event.

The materials are for your use only and unfortunately reproducing the slides or sharing the recording is not permitted, as they are copyrighted products.

Delegates receive access to recording of the course that will be available to watch for 30 days after the event. If you would prefer to transfer your booking to another person, we can do this free of charge. If you would prefer to cancel altogether our terms are as follows:

  • For cancellations more than four weeks in advance we only charge a £25 administration fee
  • For cancellations within four weeks of the course we cannot refund the course fee but we can give you a free place on another of our courses (of equal value).

Live courses are delivered via Zoom, with the course recording also made available via Zoom.

We recommend that you access Zoom before the training as you may need to download the software if you are a first-time user.

As the training is interactive using both audio and video we advise that each delegate logs in on an individual device in a separate room to any other attendees. Failure to do this can lead to issues with video and/or audio.

These will be sent out before the event to the email address that you provide. Emails occasionally go to ‘Spam’ folders so please check these if your joining instructions have not arrived.
